Cooyaart Return & Refund Policy

We aim to ensure timely and complete delivery of all Cooyaart products. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges Due to Quality Issues

If your product has quality issues or defects, we offer a refund, exchange, or replacement parts under the following conditions:

  • Quality Issues: If the product has significant quality problems, we will provide a refund or exchange.

  • Incorrect Item: If you receive an item that doesn't match your order, you can request an exchange.

Exchanges for Personal Reasons

  • Inspection Period: Please inspect your item within 3 business days of receiving it. Exchange requests will not be accepted after this period.

  • Condition of Item: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, tags, and manuals included.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping and reshipping.

Damaged Items Upon Arrival

  • Damaged Product: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days. For severe damage, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair. For minor damage, we may provide a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded, except for verified quality issues:

  • Custom Products: Personalized or made-to-order items.

  • Used Items: Any items that have been used.

  • Clearance & Seasonal Promotions: These items are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.

  • Minor Issues: Items with minor scratches, color, or size differences that don't affect functionality.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation.

  • Order Cancellations: Cancellation fees apply based on production status:

    • Before production: 5% fee.

    • In production or completed but not shipped: 20%-50% fee.

    • After shipping: 80% fee.

Return Process

  2. Provide your order details and reason for the return.

  3. Follow the instructions from our team to return the item.

  4. Once the returned item is inspected, we will process your refund.
